Instructions for filling in a Context and an Application Form on-line:

If you intend to apply for a grant from the Li Tim-Oi Foundation (LTOF) you are required to fill in a Context and an Application Form.

• PLEASE REMEMBER TO PRESS THE <SAVE> button occasionally to keep what you have entered.
• When you have completed both the Context and the Application Form, please click on the <SEND> This will automatically send your completed form to the Foundation.
• You will receive a copy of the completed form in your own mailbox.
• Your Referee will receive a copy of your Context and Application Form requesting him/her to complete the Reference Form online.
• You can only complete and send ONE Context and Application Form.
• If you only send the context form, we won’t consider your application.
